According to the list I listed in my post All About Me in 30 Days introduction I get to describe my dream house to you. This one is exciting. I am going to do it list style as I am sure it will make this post much shorter.
Outside
- Nice amount of property. Not too big but not too small. I do not want a postage stamp size backyard.
- Wrap around porch
- 2 car garage
- Lilac Tree out front
- Nice big deck in the back for a patio set. Extra bonus if deck has built in benches.
Inside
- Good sized entry way with largish closet and good lighting.
- Speaking of lighting I want the whole house to have really nice natural lighting so lots of nice windows.
- 2 levels + basement
- Bathroom on every floor
- 2 bathrooms upstairs with one of them being in the master bedroom.
- his and hers sinks
- Big bathtub in master bath as Tobei is tall. Maybe like a jacuzzi tub or something. Still love my claw foot tubs but they are not very practical.
- 3 bedrooms upstairs
- Den on main floor for office
- 1 bedroom in basement for a guest room
- Large finished basement for kids area
- Nice open kitchen with under counter lighting.
- Would love an island of sorts and want to fit a table in the kitchen area. I actually once rented a house that had my dream kitchen so in my mind I know what I want.
- Carpets!! Omg please may I have a carpeted house.
- Washer and Dryer on top floor. Would make laundry so much easier since no lugging up and down stairs.
- Walk-in closet in master.
I am sure I could go on but you get the idea. No worries these are not must haves. The prompt said my dream house.
