This series has been a long time coming. I have wanted to write it for months but life just kept getting in the way. However now is the time. No more distractions life. I am going to document our Walt Disney World Familymoon.
What is a familymoon you ask? It is a honeymoon where the entire family goes. We had many things to celebrate such as Big Brother’s adoption by Tobei and the fact that Tobei and I finally got married. So instead of a honeymoon with just the two of us, we packed up the kids and headed to Walt Disney World to celebrate as a family.
Since this was our first time travelling such a long distance with the kids I booked us a direct flight to Orlando. I wanted to start this trip off on the right foot and have everyone in a good mood and not cranky from dealing with travel.
We had a 4.5 hour flight and landed past the boys bedtime. It was a quick find for the resort bus to bring us to our resort and after waiting about 20 minutes for all passengers we were on our final leg to Walt Disney World.
Sadly I think I was the only one super excited to see this sign. Everyone else was tired. In fact Little Brother was asleep on the bus and missed the entire thing.
We checked into our room at 10:30 at night. We got the kids to bed and after quickly unpacking and putting away our groceries that were waiting for us we headed to bed. We had an entire week ahead of us to enjoy all that Disney had to offer us.
