Toys, Toys and more Toys

How can one kid have so many toys? This is the question of the day. My kid has more toys that even he knows what to do with.

Just before Christmas we got rid of a lot of his toys. We did so well that we had it down to one container and it wasn’t even full. The container you see in the picture is the one container he had and the table and chairs. That’s it! Then came Christmas. He  got that home depot table and even more toys. He now has TWO yes count them TWO of those containers you see packed with toys. The home depot table, that darn foam puzzle pieces you see. He has many truck toys that don’t fit away nicely and are noisy so are hidden in a closet waiting for summer. He has more lego than I know what to do with. There is 2 toys that hold lego not shown in this picture. Lego up in my room, in his room and some put away in storage. He has an art easel that we haven’t even put together cause there is no room.

Now I know some kids have way more toys but this is too many for the little space we have. He doesn’t even play with half of it. Oh and did we remember that Easter is now a few days away? Add to that his birthday is 2 months away. I hate toys.
