It is no secret to those who know me that I HATE cleaning. I love a clean house, but the act of keeping it clean requires a crap ton of work. So to make my life easier I am always looking for ways to cut down on cleaning time but still get the job done proper. I am not going to lie. This sat in the box for about a month after it arrived. I mean we had a mop and bucket that did the job. Sure I wasn’t a fan of it and mopping seriously aggravates my bad box but I was being lazy. Plus I ain’t gonna lie. Reviewing things adds an extra stress to using a product and the kids were out of school for summer and so distractions were plenty.
Finally one evening the kids were in bed, Tobei was at work and I had guests coming to appear on the weekly internet show I run. I decided this was the perfect time to break out the Shark PRO Steam & Spray and give it a try.

Shark Pro Steam & Spray Review
Right out of the box I was all “What, I am so going to break this putting it together”. However, it was super simple and a couple of snaps later I was ready to fill it with water. These people thought of everything. The Shark Pro Steam & Spray comes with a water filling container to help you fill it up without getting water all over the place. As long as you put it in a place away from the kids you will always have no problems filling the Shark Pro Steam & Spray.
I wanted to put the Shark Pro Steam & Spray to the real test and the floor around my table was ready for battle. I attached the washable pad as is the pad to use when battling dirt and grime, plugged in the Shark Pro Steam & Spray and waited a whole 10 seconds for it to be ready for battle.
I have used steam mops in the past and found that they did a really crappy job. To my surprise, the Shark Pro Steam & Spray was a beast. It was very easy to maneuver and got all the dirt and grime on my floor. Including the grounded in hardened cereal bits from that mornings breakfast. I was a fan.
Next we moved on to the kitchen. We had muddy dog paws dried on the floor and we had dried coffee spills. A press of the sanitize button and a gentle push across the dirt and it was gone! I fell in love.
If you are just doing a quick clean of the floors you can use lighter settings and you can also use the disposable pads. I prefer the washable pads at all times though since I am cheap frugal.
Since we received our Shark Pro Steam & Spray our poor little mop and bucket have not got any action. Even Tobei has fallen in love with the Shark Pro Steam & Spray. Bonus, since you don’t need to scrub as the steam does all the work I have not had any problems with my back being mad at me for washing the floors.
The Shark Pro Steam & Spray has found a permanent spot in our home as part of our cleaning routine.
